6.0 on the PTR

Thagoris a posted Sep 10, 14
Howdy folks!

6.0.2 has hit the PTR.  This puts us on an even shorter window to get things ready for raiding.  Remember, get your friends recruited, get your family involved, grab that great DPS, healer, etc. that you found in your 5 man and get them invited.

Chat with you all soon.

Recruits!

Thagoris a posted Aug 23, 14
For those of you visiting the site from a forum posting, in-game chat, or from the live stream, welcome!  Please feel free to register on the site, and submit an application under the recruitment link above.  All applications will be reviewed on an individual basis, and will be processed accordingly.  At present, our recruiting is wide open with no solidified spots.  I strongly encourage you to apply on a character that you enjoy playing, and plan on spending the majority of your time on in WoD.

Thanks for stopping by!

6.0 Raid Plans

Thagoris a posted Aug 23, 14
Howdy folks!

With a 6.0 drop looming in around 4-6 weeks, it's time to start getting things together from a raiding standpoint.  First if you haven't applied yet to run on the raid team, please do so.  Those of you that have already applied, thank you very much.  Approvals will be happening next week as we comb through all the applications a second time.

With 6.0 we have a general time line to get shit done.  Knowing WoD will drop on 11/13, we'll have between 4-6 weeks worth of time to start working on getting a feel for each other.  This period of time is crucial, less for the downing of bosses and shines, but more for building up what you can expect from us as leaders, and from each other as raiders.  So if you've been waiting in the wings to finish those alts, or been debating about which toon you plan on playing in WoD, now is the time to get cracking.

As always, if any of you have questions please direct them to Pewzz, Sawknight or Healio.  We'll be in and out of game regularly, and also becoming more and more a presence on this site as recruitment heats up.

Thanks again and see you all in Azeroth!
If you are interested in raiding both in SoO and in WoD, please submit a recruitment app so we can review it accordingly.  Applications are designed for folks interested in the progression group slated to begin the first day of raid drops in WoD.  Prior to that some organizational things may occur during the 6.0 release to test out the new raid format.

As always, any questions ask an officer in guild!
